By accessing or using the services of Speedy Mobile - The Cape Coral Tire Shop ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following tire services in Cape Coral and Lee County, Florida:

• New tire sales and installation
• Flat tire repair and patching
• Tire rotation and balancing
• Wheel alignment services
• Mobile tire service (at your location)
• TPMS sensor replacement and programming
• Light brake services

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final prices will be confirmed before service is rendered.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Zelle
• Financing options (0% APR for 3 months with approved credit)

3.3 Mobile Service Fees

Mobile service fees may apply depending on your location. We will inform you of any additional charges before scheduling your service.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

4.1 New Tire Warranty

New tires come with manufacturer warranties that vary by brand. We offer a 50,000-mile defect warranty on new tire purchases as part of our Cape Coral Tire Club membership.

4.2 Service Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship. If you experience any issues related to our installation or service, contact us within 30 days for a free re-inspection.

4.3 Alignment Warranty

Wheel alignment services come with a 5-month or 5,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Appointment Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Tires that have been mounted and used are generally not eligible for refund. Contact us to discuss any concerns about your service.

6. Cape Coral Tire Club Membership

Customers who purchase tires receive one month of Cape Coral Tire Club benefits, including:

• Free installation and balancing
• At least 50,000-mile warranty
• Up to 3 flat repairs per month at no cost
• New brakes for $200 (labor only)
• 90-day interest-free financing
• Road hazard protection with discounted replacement

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speedy Mobile - The Cape Coral Tire Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle information
• Disclosing any known issues with your vehicle
• Following maintenance recommendations
• Ensuring safe access to your vehicle for mobile services
• Payment for services rendered

9. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• The vehicle is unsafe or poses a risk to our technicians
• The requested service is beyond our capabilities
• Weather or road conditions make mobile service unsafe
• Payment has not been received for previous services

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Speedy Mobile - The Cape Coral Tire Shop and is protected by copyright laws.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Speedy Mobile - The Cape Coral Tire Shop from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
