Our Repair Process
Full Inspection
We remove the tire and inspect both inside and outside for all damage, not just the obvious puncture.
Professional Patching
We use combination patch-plug repairs from the inside for maximum durability and safety.
Remount & Balance
Tire is remounted, rebalanced, and inflated to proper pressure for your vehicle.
Final Check
We test for leaks and ensure proper seal before you drive away.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a flat tire repair take?
▼
Most repairs take about 20-30 minutes from start to finish. This includes removing the tire, inspecting, patching, remounting, and balancing.
Can you repair a tire with a nail in the sidewall?
▼
No. Sidewall punctures are not safe to repair because that area flexes constantly while driving. We'll need to replace the tire, but we'll help you find an affordable option.
Do you offer mobile flat tire repair?
▼
Yes! We can come to your home, office, or roadside location anywhere in Cape Coral and Lee County. Mobile service starts at $50-$75 depending on location.
How long does a tire repair last?
▼
A properly done patch-plug repair should last the life of the tire. We offer a 30-day warranty, but most repairs never have issues when done correctly.
What if my tire can't be repaired?
▼
We'll let you know immediately and help you find a replacement tire that fits your budget. As a wholesale distributor, we can get any tire brand you need, usually within 48 hours.
Can I drive on a flat tire to your shop?
▼
No, driving on a flat tire will damage it beyond repair and can also damage your wheel. Call us for mobile service or have it towed if you can't change to your spare.
How much does it cost to repair a flat tire?
▼
Flat tire repair costs $25-$40 at our shop, or $50-$75 for mobile service at your location. This includes full inspection, professional patch-plug repair, remounting, rebalancing, and a 30-day warranty. Cape Coral Tire Club members get up to 3 free repairs per month.
Should I repair or replace my flat tire?
▼
Repair if: the puncture is in the tread area (not sidewall), it's smaller than 1/4 inch, it's a single puncture, and the tire wasn't driven flat. Replace if: the puncture is in the sidewall, it's larger than 1/4 inch, there are multiple punctures close together, or the tire has internal damage. We'll inspect and recommend the safest option.
Can a tire with a nail in it be patched?
▼
Yes, if the nail punctured the center tread area and is 1/4 inch or smaller. We remove the tire, inspect for internal damage, and use a professional patch-plug combination repair from the inside. However, nails in the sidewall or shoulder cannot be safely repaired and require tire replacement.
